This downloadable pedigree traces the descent of branches of the Hyde family of Berkshire from Thomas Hyde, who was a carpenter, living at Thatcham during and after the Civil War period in England, and right down to the 20th Century, when several of Thomas' descendants were still living and working in that town. Many of the earlier male Hydes were carpenters, but as the family expanded then several took up varied trades.
