All orders accepted by this company are subject to these terms and conditions of sale, which supersede any previous terms and conditions. All descriptions and illustrations contained on this website are only intended to give a general idea of the products, and specifications may vary slightly.
PRICES
To assist in prompt dispatch, please use the correct product codes and descriptions, as supplied on this website. Orders can be sent by fax, by telephone, by post, or via the order form on this website. Naturally, all products - including downloaded items - will not be dispatched until payment has been made. All such items are subject to availability.
DELIVERY
Downloaded products will be delivered as soon as payment has been authorised and received. For books and CDs: UK destinations - Orders will be dispatched by Recorded 1st Class (Signed For) Mail and will include Mainland UK, Highland and Isles of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly and Channel Islands. Destinations to Europe will be delivered by standard Air Mail. All other destinations will be delivered by standard Surface Mail *. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery from date of order in the UK, and up to 90 days for those orders outside the UK. However, in most cases delivery time will generally be much shorter.
Any claims for shortages must be made in writing within two days of receipt of delivery. NO CLAIMS WILL BE ENTERTAINED AFTER THIS PERIOD.
* For Overseas Customers who would require a speedier delivery (that is, via standard air mail ; Air Sure ; FedEx ; etc), please send an e-mail (click on "Contact Us"), requesting additional cost. You would then be required to order the book(s) and/or CD(s) through the website, with the additional cost of delivery being paid separately.
RETURNS
Claims will only be settled after the faulty goods have been returned with the nature of the fault clearly stated.
Any goods returned incomplete (i.e. packaging missing, accessories missing etc.) will not be replaced or credited. Similarly, any goods found to have been used will not be replaced or credited.
PAYMENT
Payment is by cheque or credit card basis with order, by fax, phone, post or web site. Cheques are subject to clearance before delivery. We reserve the right to charge bank charges on cheques which are represented. We also reserve the right to refuse any credit card transactions.
IMPORTANT - Because of high bank charges for converting non-Sterling currencies, only Sterling cheques/money orders will normally be accepted. If you wish to pay by cheque in any other currency, you must obtain permission (click "Contact Us"), as an additional charge to cover banking costs will be added.

RESERVATION OF TITLE
The risk of the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery from the carrier, but the TITLE in the goods remain vested in us, and shall only pass from us to the purchaser upon full payment made by the buyer of all sums due on whatsoever account or grounds to us.
